European parliament member questions EU's trade policy on China

"The question should not be how do we fight China, but how do we rebuild our industry and our economy," said European Parliament Member (MEP) Rudi Kennes during a recent EU Parliament meeting.

"Instead of organizing trade wars, we have to build a fair trading system based on multilateralism, dialogue and cooperation," he noted.Produced by Xinhua Global Service
